Bridal Hair and Makeup for a Beautiful Fall Wedding in the Berkshires

Who could imagine a better fall wedding venue than the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (also known by its abbreviation, Mass MoCA)? Located in the small Berkshire town of North Adams, Mass MoCA is not far from Williamstown, where newlyweds Ariel and Drew first met, so they decided to tie the knot in this beautifully repurposed industrial museum space.
Thank you, Ariel, for having us do your bridal hair and makeup. We are so proud to have been a part of your special day!
"Ariel & Drew met and fell in love while attending Williams College in Williamstown, MA. Williamstown and the adjacent town of North Adams sit at the base of Mt. Greylock in the Berkshires. They chose to have their wedding at Mass MoCA in North Adams to celebrate the beginnings of their relationship and all that was to come. To begin the day, Ariel got ready at Field Farm Guest House – a part of the Trustees of the Reservations. Drew got ready at Porches in North Adams. They decided on a first look on the gorgeous property at Field Farm, but as will happen, it began to rain. The first look happened inside the guest house. Sometimes the unplanned parts of a wedding day can end up being the best. The first look inside the house helped to create an intimate few moments for them before the whirlwind of the rest of the afternoon and evening really began." —from the photographer, Lara Kimmerer
